CHIEF is building the operating system for maritime careers — connecting 1.9 million seafarers with opportunities, education, and each other.
CHIEF started as a personal frustration — spending hours filling out the same CV for every crewing company, losing track of certificate expiry dates, carrying folders of paper documents.
We're an early-stage startup on a mission to modernize maritime careers. Join early — your feedback shapes the product.
Every seafarer on CHIEF gets a shareable public profile. Crewing managers can verify qualifications, check availability, and reach out — directly.
